Sundays at Hope Church

Come and join us!

We meet Sundays at 10.30am to worship God and spend time together. You are welcome whether you’re exploring faith for the first time or looking for a church home. But what does a Sunday look like? We’ve included some helpful information below…

What to Expect

A Guide to Our Sunday Services

We come together because we’re called by God to worship him and to respond to his wonderful kindness to us in Jesus Christ. That means our worship is centred on him and we want to do things his way. Our service is structured around the good news of Jesus, having a gospel rhythm and saturated in the Bible.

Our worship service is a blend of traditional and contemporary elements. It includes Bible readings, prayers, communal singing, and a sermon lasting about 30 minutes. We stand for singing and sit for prayer to help us participate together. You are welcome to join in as much as you feel comfortable.

If anything comes up in the sermon or service that you want to know more about, please chat to the preacher afterwards. And please stay for refreshments so you have a chance to meet us.

We cherish the presence of children in our church and want to make them feel at home. For more details please visit our dedicated children’s page.
