Safeguarding at Hope Church

Safeguarding

Our commitment

Keeping everyone safe

At Hope Church Salford we’re committed to providing a safe and caring environment for children, young people, vulnerable adults - indeed, anyone who worships with us. We recognise that safeguarding is the responsibility of the whole church with our aim being to uphold the honour of God's name and keep the good news of Jesus from disrepute.

We seek to do this by providing clear guidelines and appropriate training for our staff and volunteers, taking suspected, disclosed, or alleged abuse seriously and having processes and procedures in place to ensure the right action is taken, and actively maintaining and regularly reviewing our safeguarding policy and procedures.
